The merger operation was initiated when ADVANCE GROUP sought out AURIS Finance for its expertise in the human resources sector. The goal was to identify a strategic partner capable of supporting the group’s external growth project in the south-east quarter of France.

PHIL RH: An Ideal Structure
PHIL RH, founded by the Philippe couple, is a temporary employment player in Rhône-Alpes with two agencies, one in Bourgoin-Jallieu and the other in Vienne. As part of their retirement, the founders wanted to find a player in line with PHIL RH’s values of customer proximity and sense of service.
