AURIS Finance is advising the OLGA Group on the sale of its Hardy & Segré production facilities to Rians

Fromagers de Tradition, a subsidiary of the OLGA Group, specializes in the production of a wide variety of PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) cheeses and regional specialties made from high-quality raw milk, crafted using traditional methods. The Chatillon-sur-Cher facility (41) focuses on PDO cheeses and raw milk products made from goat and sheep milk. The site is divided into two specialized workshops: a production plant in Segré and a maturing facility in Hardy, each operating under distinct sanitary approvals.

Laiteries H. Triballat, recognized for its flagship brand RIANS, is a leading producer of PDO cheeses such as Chavignol, Époisses, Rocamadour, and Valençay. The company is also well-known for its signature products, including crottin de chèvre, faisselle, crème brûlée, and panna cotta. Fully owned by the Triballat family and led by Hugues Triballat, the group achieved a turnover of €345 million in 2024. It operates 18 production sites, including three international locations, and employs 1,600 people.

OLGA made the strategic decision to sell this business segment and engaged AURIS Finance as its exclusive advisor. After a selective competitive process, the Laiteries H. Triballat Group was chosen to acquire the division. This acquisition allows them to bolster their presence in the PDO cheese sector.

AURIS Finance acted as the advisor to the OLGA Group.
