With the support of a €6 million bond financing, LA PHRATRIE Group is accelerating its development by acquiring GOODS TO KNOW and now claims a turnover of over €60 million.
Founded in 2013 by Fabienne RAYNAUD and Adeline CARRIE, GOODS TO KNOW is a consulting and communication agency specializing in diversity and inclusion issues in the workplace, with a turnover of approximately €2 million.
Driven by a team of about a dozen employees, the company enables companies to train and educate their employees on societal issues through a wide range of services (digital media, communication materials, training, events, etc.).
Based on a common set of values and a resolutely human project, this operation allows LA PHRATRIE, a communication and event group created by Gad WEIL, to become an ETI (intermediate-sized company) comprising 14 companies with strong and complementary identities, and nearly 260 employees spread across 7 French cities (Paris, Pantin, Rennes, Nantes, Lyon, Toulouse, and Strasbourg).
The Group plans to continue its development through organic and external growth, with the ambition of surpassing €100 million in turnover by 2025.
