Lumnis Gestion Privée, the shared brand of the firms integrated by Finare Patrimoine, has announced the acquisition of Sateco Assurance, a brokerage firm based in Tours and specialising in advising self-employed healthcare professionals. The transaction marks the group’s first location outside the Île-de-France region.

Sateco Assurance, founded more than thirty years ago and led by Alberto Paoletti, employs four staff and generated €1.5 million in revenue in 2025, with approximately €40 million in assets under advice. Its director has sold the entire share capital and will remain operational within the business for at least four years, a clause commonly seen in transactions of this type to secure the handover of client relationships among self-employed professionals, where trust is built over time.
Sector expertise that complements the group’s offering
Sateco Assurance advises both private and professional clients, with recognised expertise among self-employed healthcare professionals, in both medical and paramedical fields. The firm works in particular in social audit, mortgage protection insurance, supplementary health cover, personal protection insurance and wealth management, a positioning that maps directly onto the core business of Lumnis Gestion Privée, a wealth management firm advising on approximately €250 million in assets.
The fourth acquisition by a group under construction for several years
This is the fourth acquisition completed by Finare Patrimoine, a wholesale insurance broker, following J&G Conseil, since renamed Lumnis Gestion Privée, Financière Saint-Lambert and Expertalys, whose purchase was finalised in January 2026. This succession of transactions reflects a consolidation strategy built up progressively, through the integration of independent firms sharing the same approach to wealth advisory, rather than through organic growth alone.
A move beyond the Paris region that opens a new phase of development
Concentrated until now in the Île-de-France region, the group is establishing its first regional location through this transaction. The choice of Tours as its first anchor point outside the Paris region draws on the foundation Sateco Assurance has already built in its local market, an approach that provides direct access to an established client base and professional relationships rather than building a regional presence from scratch.
