NSI Groupe seals its third acquisition of 2026 with ASHUB Propreté

NSI Groupe s'offre une troisième acquisition en 2026 avec ASHUB Propreté

NSI Groupe is stepping up its pace of external growth with the acquisition of ASHUB Propreté, a Paris-based company specialised in cleaning services for gyms and fitness clubs. This third deal closed since the start of the year confirms the sustained pace of growth the northern French group has set for itself.

Analysis by the experts at Auris Finance, advisors in mergers, acquisitions and financial engineering.

Based in Créteil, ASHUB Propreté has spent the past five years building a position in a segment with very specific requirements. Gyms and fitness clubs demand high service frequency, tight scheduling and strict hygiene standards, reflecting the demands of high-traffic environments. The company has built its positioning around these specific requirements, serving both independent clubs and multi-site fitness chains. It now generates revenue of 6.5 million euros with close to 500 professional clients.

For NSI Groupe, the deal is more than just a sector play. It fits within a strategy of tightening the regional network, strengthening the group’s presence in the South-East, the South-West and the Paris region, along with two new branches in Nantes and Grenoble. Both cities have been identified by the group as high-potential markets for cleaning services.

This acquisition is the third completed by NSI Groupe since January. The group opened the year with the takeover of RM Propreté, a Normandy-based industrial cleaning player that Auris Finance advised on the sell-side, before the April acquisition of EPSO Multiservices, a Toulouse-based company with a financial profile similar to ASHUB’s. This pace of one deal every two to three months reflects a clearly stated external growth strategy, in a cleaning sector marked by ongoing consolidation.

Founded in 2011 in Marly, near Valenciennes, NSI Groupe now operates a network of close to 25 branches and around 5,000 employees. The group crossed the 80 million euro revenue mark in 2025 and is targeting 100 million euros in 2026, an objective directly supported by the integration of ASHUB Propreté. This trajectory is part of the group’s Ambition 2030 strategic plan, which aims to reach 150 million euros in revenue and to establish itself among the top ten French players in the sector.

Sector consolidation gathering pace

The French professional cleaning market remains highly fragmented, with many regional players facing succession challenges or the need to move upmarket. In this environment, established groups like NSI Groupe see external growth as a lever to broaden their offering, add new sector expertise and strengthen their geographic presence, while offering founder-sellers operational continuity and new development prospects for their teams.

The successive integration of RM Propreté, EPSO Multiservices and ASHUB Propreté illustrates this trend. Each deal follows a different logic, whether regional consolidation, entry into a new market or sector diversification, while fitting into a single ambition: to build a leading independent player in cleaning and related services in France.
