Samsic Group, a Breton group specializing in business services (human resources management and facility management), continues its expansion across Europe. The company has just acquired AF Reinigungs AG, a Zurich-based cleaning company, strengthening its presence in Switzerland.

A Swiss Expansion
Samsic has announced the acquisition of AF Reinigungs AG, a family-owned company founded in 1992 and specialized in cleaning services. The company provides a diverse client base with services such as facility cleaning, façade and window cleaning, and renovation cleaning.
AF Reinigungs employs 300 people and generates approximately €6 million in revenue. Through this acquisition, Samsic strengthens its presence in German-speaking Switzerland, a highly strategic region for its Swiss growth. The transaction will increase Samsic’s total revenue in Switzerland to around €30 million.
Family-Owned Mid-Cap Companies
The merger also reflects the meeting of two family-owned corporate cultures. Although Samsic has grown into a global business services group through both acquisitions and organic growth, it has maintained its distinctive identity.
Founded in 1986 by Christian Roulleau, the group remains owned by its founder, who has consistently emphasized family ownership and financial independence. While he never sold the company, he has gradually passed leadership responsibilities to his son-in-law, who had been working alongside him for more than two decades.
AF Reinigungs is also a family-run business, making the cultural alignment between the two organizations a key factor in the transaction.

An Offensive Growth Strategy
In recent years, Samsic has carried out numerous acquisitions, following a consistent strategy: integrating strong local companies with established market positions.
In September 2025, they acquired Capital Cleaning Group (CCG), a Dutch cleaning company employing 2,000 people and generating €65 million in revenue. CCG joined the “Facility division“, strengthening the group’s expertise in sensitive environments and specialized cleaning services, including disinfection and decontamination.
International Ambitions
The Swiss acquisition adds to a long list of transactions completed by Samsic in recent months. Over the past three years, the group has tripled its revenue through an external growth strategy involving around ten acquisitions in France and internationally.
Today, Samsic operates in 27 countries, including Canada, Morocco, Ireland, Germany, and the United States, confirming its ambition to become a major global player in business services.
