A multi-specialist in tree care, landscaping, irrigation, and fountains, Cap Vert continues its growth momentum. The group recently announced the integration of five new companies. These external growth operations are aimed at strengthening its various expertise centers while structuring a new strategic activity. Insights and analysis by the experts at AURIS Finance.

With 1,200 employees, Cap Vert has gradually established itself as a major player in environmental multi-services. In 2025, the group generated revenue of €180 million. Its model is based on expertise-focused divisions, allowing intervention across the full lifecycle of natural spaces and infrastructure management.

Until now, the group operated around three main divisions:

  • Tree Division: covering pruning, forestry work, infrastructure arboriculture, energy wood production, and ecological engineering.
  • Landscaping Division: dedicated to the creation and maintenance of green spaces.
  • Water Division: specialized in enhancing spaces through the design, construction, and maintenance of irrigation and fountain systems.

The new operations completed at the end of 2025 mark a significant step in the group’s structuring, in line with its strategy to consolidate technical expertise while strengthening its territorial coverage.

Consolidation of the Landscaping Division

The announced acquisitions allow Cap Vert to consolidate its historical expertise, particularly in landscaping. The Landscaping Division is significantly strengthened in Occitanie with the acquisition of Joigneaux Paysagiste. With 43 employees, the company generates approximately €7 million in revenue and has a strong presence in Toulouse and the surrounding region. Founded by Laurence and Bernard Joigneaux, the company specializes in designing and maintaining landscaped spaces for public and private clients.

Following previous operations in recent years, the founding leaders continue their journey alongside the group. Cap Vert thus maintains local know-how while benefiting from the synergies of a larger organization.

Cap Vert also integrates Chenot Paysage, founded in 1994 and recognized for its expertise in ecological engineering and natural environment development. This acquisition strengthens the group’s technical capabilities, particularly in ecosystem restoration and environmental adaptation projects, which are expected to grow significantly in the coming years.

Creation of an Infrastructure Division

These two targeted acquisitions are complemented by the integration of three companies from the TGBL Group. Specializing in vegetation management along railway lines with SNCF as its main client, TGBL generates €10 million in revenue. This integration formalizes the creation of a fourth expertise division focused on vegetation management around infrastructures.

This activity covers maintenance and management of vegetation along railway tracks, roads, waterways, power lines, and gas networks. By structuring this new division, Cap Vert addresses growing demand driven by:

  • Development of transport and energy infrastructure
  • Increasing safety and maintenance requirements
  • Balancing network management with biodiversity preservation

This reorganization strengthens the group’s multi-expertise platform, capable of operating across creation, maintenance, and ecological management of both natural and technical spaces.
