Matthew has over 20 years of international experience in finance and mergers & acquisitions, from his time with leading consulting firms such as PwC, Grant Thornton, and within the multinational group CPI.

Matthew has led dozens of M&A projects in various settings: carve-outs, divestitures, acquisitions, restructurings, and fundraising.

His expertise spans the entire transaction cycle, from pre-deal strategy (Transaction Services) through to post-merger integration.

As lead for the outsourced M&A service at AURIS Finance, Matthew supports international groups, family offices, and investment funds in their development strategies, including 'build-ups', both in France and internationally.

Born in the United Kingdom, as both a qualified Chartered Accountant, and a CFA® Charterholder, Matthew brings extensive financial expertise."
