Founded in 2011 in Bruay-sur-L’Escaut in the Hauts-de-France region, NETTOYAGE SERVICE INNOVATION (NSI) is a cleaning and multiservice group with more than 10 branches located in the regions of Hauts-de-France, Champagne-Ardenne, Auvergne-Rhône Alpes, and Ile-de-France.
Created in 1993, the HAON Group is made up of CLAIR NETT, AUVERNETT, DR NETTOYAGE, and AZ NETTOYAGE companies, respectively located in Clermont-Ferrand, Issoire, Lempdes and Gerzat.
Its network allows it to operate throughout Auvergne and offer its services to more than 500 companies, from the property management, tertiary, and industrial sectors.
Thanks to this acquisition, NSI significantly strengthens its positions in Auvergne while enhancing its expertise with an additional customer base.
Beyond the strong complementarity between these two family groups, the sharing of values and their common approach to cleaning professions strongly contributed to the success of this merger.
